Do you work remotely? +

Yes. Workshops can be on-site or remote. Full projects are typically a mix. The initial workshops work best in person, with follow-up sessions remote. I work across Europe and beyond, with clients in Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Germany, and India.

What happens after the project ends? +

You receive your pricing playbook that captures all decisions and reasoning. This is your guide for evolving pricing independently. Projects can include a period of aftercare for rollout support.
